Position Available:

Assistant Manager

Requirements:

  • Team work.
  • Highly capable of handling multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
  • Willing to relocate for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support, review documents related such as daily’s report and mail.
  • Preparing reports and data analysis.
  • To assist Customer Service and Technician handling customer inquiries or complaints.

Part/Back Admin

Requirements:

  • Computer literate, data entry, proficient in Microsoft Excel; Word and Email.
  • Motivated and wiling to learn and work in team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative work and maintain a proper filing system.
  • Provide customer service and handle enquiries with dealers.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the Superior from time to time.

Customer Service Officer

Requirements:

  • Computer literate, data entry and good communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and have a positive attitude.
  • Motivated and wiling to learn and work in team.

Responsibilities:

  • To engage with customer by providing customer with accurate and precise information and fulfill customer’s satisfaction.
  • Perform all procedures accurately, including following documented call flows, work processes and data entry requirements.

Technician

Requirements:

  • No work experience required. (On Job Training)
  • Willing to learn.
  • Computer literate.
  • Team player.
